            MAXURE LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY

            Maxure warrants that its products are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions.

            1. Warranty Coverage

            The standard warranty period shall be as specified on the invoice, warranty card, product datasheet, or purchase agreement.

            Unless otherwise specified:

            • Interactive Flat Panels – Up to 3 Years Standard Warranty
            • PTZ Cameras – Up to 1 Year Standard Warranty
            • Audio Podiums – Up to 1 Year Standard Warranty

            The exact warranty period shall prevail as mentioned in the customer’s invoice or warranty certificate.

            1. Warranty Scope

            The warranty covers:

            • Manufacturing defects
            • Hardware component failures under normal usage
            • Repair or replacement of defective parts at Maxure’s discretion
            1. Warranty Exclusions

            Warranty shall not cover:

            • Physical damage, misuse, negligence, or abuse
            • Damage caused by power surges, electrical fluctuations, fire, water, or natural disasters
            • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
            • Cosmetic damages not affecting functionality
